All North Carolina Wines are sold and taxed in the State of North Carolina, where title passes to the buyer. No representation is made as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any other state. The buyer is solely responsible for all such shipments, but by placing an order authorizes Cypress Bend Vineyards to engage a common carrier on behalf of the buyer to deliver the wines ordered by the buyer from Cypress Bend Vineyards. Please Note: We can only ship to states where it is legal to do so and cannot engage a common carrier to ship wine to certain states. In ordering you also observe North Carolina state regulations regarding age and that you are over 21 years of age. Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 21 years. By placing an order, the buyer is verifying that he/she is at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery is to be made is also at least 21 years old. Upon delivery, the consignee may be required to exhibit identification attesting to consignee's age. This offer is void where prohibited by law. In ordering any wine from Cypress Bend Vineyards, you agree to observe all local, state and federal regulations and statues. You also certify that you are not an officer of the law, or affiliated with any agency, using this information for the purposes of entrapment.
