Private Event Details

Space is available Saturday thru Thursday, 10am-midnight for rental.  Friday 10am-3pm only.

Please note, the Tasting Room remains open to public during regular business hours which are,

Sun-Fri 12pm-6pm, Sat 10am-6pm.

Can accommodate seating up to 50 people using tasting room, bistro, barrel tables and CBV chairs.

3 hour rental-$1000.00

Linens are not included but can be provided for an additional cost.

You may purchase as much as you like.  Our wines range in price from $12-$20/bottle.

You may either pre-select what you’d like to serve to your guests or we can set-up a tasting station.  With a tasting station, guests may sample then select what they would like to drink.  For glasses or bottles of wine, a tally will be kept.  Your total will be billed to your card on file at the conclusion of your event.

A 25% (of total contract) non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to hold a date for an event.  If you choose to postpone your event, the deposit can be transferred to a different date, if a new date is available.  The rescheduled date must be within a year of the original canceled date.  After one year the deposit is non-transferrable.   

If you cancel your original date and you do not choose an alternate date, the deposit is not refundable.  Your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to rebook another wedding of equal or greater value on your cancellation date.  

Payment for your event must be paid in full, 4 weeks prior to your event date.  If the event is scheduled within the 4 week payment due period, then the event must be paid for in full at time of booking.


Prices are subject to change without notice and may increase each year.

For all non-wedding events we provide:

Free ample guest parking

Retail store to remain open during event for guest enjoyment

Grounds maintenance for all public areas including mowing and weeding, edging and pruning.

Cypress Bend Vineyards staff to assist with wine pouring

Complimentary wine tasting-over 21

1 hour prior to event for set-up and 30 minutes after event for clean-up 

   * A caterer is required to be licensed and must provide a copy to Cypress Bend Vineyards to keep on file prior to the event.


Additional hours          $250.00 per hour at signing and up to 2 weeks prior to the event, $500.00 per hour after deadline and day of event.

Wine                            Only CBV wine allowed, purchased by the case, bottle, or glass

Beer                             Limited to 9 cases (cans only; no kegs allowed)—please inquire for details & other restrictions

Other alcohol               Please ask your event coordinator for more information about required permits.

Additional electrical    For additional fountains, lighting, AV equipment, large sound Equipment, etc. are $75.00 per outlet


Large Party Reservations for Patio on Jazzy Fridays:

*Friday nights from 6pm-10pm are Jazzy/Beach music events, however you can request the patio for private seating at $25 pp (admission included).  Limited to parties of 25 guests or less.
